The Family Practice clinic offers comprehensive primary care for individuals and families in Fremont County and surrounding areas. We care for patients of all ages including pediatric, teen, adult and senior care. Our Family Practice providers cover a wide range of health care services including treatment for illness, immunizations, well checks, annual exams, sports physicals and a variety of preventative health screenings.
We believe disease prevention through healthy lifestyle choices is central to achieving and maintaining optimal wellness for the entire family. In addition to ongoing education, we also provide our patients with tools to help them succeed in their wellness goals. The Medical Home at the St. Thomas More Physician Group earned a Level 3, NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Accreditation. Our Medical Home consists of Family Practice and Internal Medicine.

Janice Hartman MD, MBA is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine. She joined St. Thomas More Physician Group in 2013 working in Internal Medicine caring for many complex patients. Over the last 5 years she has worked for other Centura Health facilities and her work has also included ER Medicine. Currently she is working in Family Practice and is accepting new patients at 614 Yale Place. We accept most insurance, including United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Humana, Tri-Care, Medicaid and Medicare.
At the age of eighteen Dr. Hartman obtained a private pilot’s license and flew locally during high school and early college. Dr. Hartman earned her Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising in 1976. She then went on to earn a MBA from the University of Denver in 1981. Dr. Hartman lived in Los Angeles for 11 years. During this time she was invited to work on the 1984 Olympic Games helping with computer systems for registration and scheduling events. Dr. Hartman also worked with the RAND Corporation on research projects. In 2001 she earned her MD from the University of Colorado Medical School. She completed her residency in Lancaster, PA, working with the Amish population. Dr. Hartman’s career included work in the Arctic Circle as well as on Indian reservations.
After living in one of the largest cities in the nation, she has found an appreciation for living in the smaller communities. She enjoys exploring the community and small towns in the mountains. She likes to hike and ski our local mountains, she also is passionate about gardening. Spending time entertaining with close friends and family is very important to her.

Aaron Lloyd, MD is a board-certified Family Practice doctor who offers experience in daily care and different facets of life support. He joined the St. Thomas More Physician Group in August 2013 and is a welcomed addition to our team of doctors.
Dr. Lloyd proudly served in our United States Navy from 1992-1998 as a nuclear reactor operator in the submarine force. He then graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in biology in 2000. Dr. Lloyd earned his Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia in 2006. He completed his residency at St. Louis University Hospital from 2006-2010 before changing his specialty to Family Medicine. He finished his Family Medicine residency at St. Louis University through St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in 2013.
Dr. Lloyd is accepting new patients. We accept most insurance including United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Humana, Tri-Care, Medicaid, and Medicare. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Association of Family Physicians.
When not at work, Dr. Lloyd enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and young daughter. His favorite activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and camping. He is an avid skier, and has a love for musical theater.

Steven Olson, MD is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician who has joined our St. Thomas More Family Practice Group recently. Dr. Olson has significant experience with typical Family Medicine Clinic as well as Direct Care in office settings. Prior to medical school Dr. Olson had one year of experience working as an EMT and a twelve year experience working as a nursing assistant in several different medical contexts. Dr. Olson received his EMT-Basic from East Grand Forks Technical College. He continued his education through the University of North Dakota to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Olson completed his medical degree at The University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Olson brings experience from Hennepin County Medical Center with experiences working in a level 1 trauma center, as well as experience working with Cardiology, Internal Medicine and other specialties as a senior resident.Dr. Olson is located at 614 Yale. We accept most insurance including United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Humana, Tri-Care, Medicaid and Medicare.
When not at work Dr. Olson enjoys spending time with wife and children doing of outdoor family geared activities. Dr. Olson enjoys hiking and camping, our local mountains, playing his bag pipes. He enjoys watching his favorite sports teams when time allows.Specialized Care:
