St. Thomas More Rehabilitation Services is dedicated to a mission of service to our community.  We have staffed our facility with highly-qualified professional therapists, therapy assistants and technicians to serve your physical, occupational, speech and cardiac therapy needs.

Our rehabilitation approach is a team effort.  We call it our Care Team, which consists of you, your physician(s), and our therapy staff.  We feel it is important to include your physician when considering your overall health. So we do ask for a referral to begin treatment. 

Our administrative staff includes a billing specialist, insurance specialist and customer services representative to assist you with insurance authorization to ensure your experience is a beneficial one.

Our reputation for quality and compassionate care with measurable results is reflected by referrals from some of the most highly respected physicians in Fremont County, as well as Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

Hours of operation:  Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Earlier and later appointments may be available based on therapist schedules and need.
