The Patient Representative's role is to help you have a positive experience during your hospitalization. We realize that patients may need someone to help them navigate their way through the healthcare system. Becky Vodopich, our Patient Representative, is that "someone". She is here for you; to serve as your liaison should you have a concern or grievance regarding your service or quality of care. Her role is to investigate your issue and provide you with resolution.
During business hours of 8 am-1 pm, Monday-Friday, our Patient Representative can be reached at 719-285-2209. If your matter is urgent after hours and on weekends and holidays, dial the hospital operator "0" and ask to speak with the House Supervisor, who will seek resolution of your issues. Otherwise, you may leave the patient representative a voice mail and she will respond within one business day.
