“A tradition of community healthcare since 1938” St. Thomas More Health Foundation is a non profit organization which supports patients and families in need of care at St. Thomas More Hospital and Progressive Care Center. St. Thomas More Health Foundation provides funding for equipment needs, programs, services, community outreach, and charity care. The monies are managed and distributed by the Foundation Board of Directors. As good stewards, we work with donors to assure that their gifts and bequests are disbursed for their intended use. We are truly blessed to have so many caring people who believe in and support our mission and invite you to read more about the heritage of our hospital as well as the many patients and programs we help to support.
