St. Thomas More Rehabilitation Services is dedicated to a  mission of service to our community.  We have staffed our facility with highly qualified and professional therapists, therapy assistants and technicians to serve your physical, occupational, speech and cardiac therapy needs. We're here to help you get better!

Our rehabilitation approach is a team approach.  We call it our Care Team, and it consists of you, your physician(s), and our therapy staff.  We feel it is important to include your physician when considering your overall health. So we do ask for a prescription to begin treatment. 

Our administrative staff includes a billing specialist, insurance specialist and customer services representative to assist you with insurance authorization issues and assure your experience is a beneficial one.

Our reputation for quality and compassionate care with measurable results is reflected by referrals from some of the most highly respected physicians in Fremont County as well as Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
