Patient  Representative

St. Thomas More Hospital offers a patient representative whose job is to help make your hospital visit more pleasant. If you or your family has a concern or a complaint, our patient representative can help. They are responsible for investigating your concerns and then responding to you and your family with their findings and recommendations for how your concerns can be resolved.

The following list provides the name and phone number of the patient representative at St. Thomas More Hospital. Our patient representatives can be reached between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (mountain time) Monday through Friday. St. Thomas More Hospital encourages anyone with a concern, complaint, or grievance against one of our staff or the facility to contact this representative.
