The Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions Program was created by St. Thomas More Health Foundation and by the Colorado Prevention Center. through a grant.  This program provides free testing, health surveys, and information for physician referral and referrals to health organizations about your cardiovascular health. 

This program is available to the public through events held is community public facilities.  Community employers can also arrange testing for employees.  Contact the Community Health Worker at 719-285-2366.
