This class teaches expectant mothers what to expect in their third trimester of pregnancy, breathing techniques for labor, pain relief options available during delivery, breastfeeding support, post-delivery care for you and baby, car seat safety and community resources. Spouses/partners and support persons are welcome to attend as well. Come to class and learn ways to prepare yourself, your partner and your baby for labor and delivery.

Classes are held once a week on Monday for four week sessions. Time is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Community Education Room at St. Thomas More Hospital. (Enter main doors to STMH, first door on your left.) The cost is $25.00 which covers you and your partner/support person to attend all four classes.
