How it Works - Emergency & Urgent Care

How Does Emergency & Urgent Care Work?

After the physician evaluates you, they’ll tell you if the recommended treatment and/or testing is emergency or urgent care, so you’ll know what to expect. In a typical emergency room, you’ll be charged emergency level prices no matter what – even if you don’t require emergency level care.

Whether you’ve injured yourself or have abdominal pain or a cough that just won’t go away, come to us. You’ll get convenient, hospital-quality care right in your neighborhood, right when you need it. And unlike a traditional urgent care, you’ll always be seen by a doctor.

Do you already have a primary care physician? That’s great! We’re here for you if you need care after office hours. As part of the Centura Health network of care, we can easily access your health records to see those test results or check that prescription you can’t pronounce.
