In celebration of National Heart Month, St. Thomas More Hospital invites you to attend the free “Pamper Your Heart & Mind” women’s event on Thursday, Feb. 28 at the Holy Cross Abbey Events Center.  We encourage you to wear red in celebration of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, empowering women to gain control of their heart health!  Bring your mother, daughter, friend, sister or co-worker to make it a girls’ night out – you deserve it!

Registration:  4:30 – 5:30 pm
Free Food Tastings:  4:30 – 7 pm
Health Screenings & Information Booths:  4:30 – 6 pm
Presenters & Chef Cooking Demonstration:  6 –7 pm
Prize Drawings:  7 pm

We encourage you to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes so that you can participate in the health screenings.
