A Community Commitment
The St. Thomas More Health Foundation and St. Thomas More Hospital are committed to the SANE Program now offered in Fremont County. The St. Thomas More Health Foundation received a $1.1 million grant from the Department of Justice to fund the SANE Program. This grant also supports Family Crisis Services in the amount of $300,000 for personnel and community education.
